Contact us to schedule a tour! This is a great time for families to see our facilities and meet the Administrative staff. Learning at QEI is based on a partnership between our school and our families. This is when that partnership begins!

*** Students must be 4 years old before November 1 and fully toilet trained to enroll. ***

Now is the time for families to complete the online APPLICATION. The application fee is $25. The application also requires submitting important documents such as:

• Birth Certificate
• Previous Report Cards (Grades K-4)
• Previous Standardized Test Scores (grades (K-4)
• Immunization Records (In addition to the medical information requested on the application)

Once your family completes the application, notify the staff at QEI. Your family will be contacted to bring in your student for an assessment. Assessing each child is done to determine proper placement for your child within our school. You will be provided a summary of the results and an idea of the best placement at QEI.

While it is our desire to meet the needs of every student, QEI cannot provide enrollment to certain students whose educational, behavioral, or physical needs exceed our program offerings and staff capabilities. QEI is a private school and our compliance with Individual Educational Plans issued by the public school system is not required.

If we have a spot available and are able to provide adequate resources to support your child, your family will receive an official letter of acceptance from QEI. This is an invitation, not only for your student to attend our school, but also for your family to become a part of our family.
